I began my career with a leap of faith from the confines of a promising academic pursuit in Law, where the allure of corporate success failed to resonate with my inner calling for genuine fulfillment. Through the highs and lows of legal internships and training contracts I navigated uncharted waters, listening intently for the voice of my own intuition. A chance encounter in London altered the course of my journey, leading me to the vibrant world of retail and ecommerce management in Barcelona and later Berlin.

Here, amidst the hustle and bustle of sales, store operations and online hyper-growth I unearthed a natural talent for conscious leadership and strengths-based coaching, propelling me to swift success and rapid growth. As I transitioned through leadership roles at renowned companies like Inditex, H&M and Zalando, each step forward was marked by resilience and steadfast determination.

Yet, amidst the corporate accolades, a sense of burnout lingered — should it feel this unfulfilling? — a reminder that true success is born not from external validation, but from purpose. It was in the depths of this realization that I once again, leaned into my intuition.
