The CliftonStrengths For Managers Program is a 3.5 day course and costs 5500€ (excl. VAT). This includes the cost of the CliftonStrengths34 assessment.

The CliftonStrengths for Managers course prepares managers to understand and use strengths-based development with their team. CoachToPerform offers a separate program – CliftonStrengths for Teams – aimed at managers who want to fully integrate CliftonStrengths into their teams with the support of a certified coach. In addition, invidual team workshops can be added onto your package to support with the design and facilitation of a team CliftonStrengths session.
